Adjustable Guitar String Necklace

This design features a US Navy guitar pick! The United States Navy is the maritime branch of the Armed Forces, and the largest in the world, according to Wiki, and has been since WWII. Their origin is traced back to the American Revolutionary War and was re-visioned into it’s own entity in 1794. The front of this guitar pick has a green camouflage background and the “NAVY” logo. The backside of this pick is a grey camo and the text “NAVY, life, liberty and the pursuit of all who threaten it”.   Fun fact: Restrumed’s owner/creator Kera’s maternal Grandmother was the first woman in Oakland County Michigan to enlist in the Navy after the Women’s Armed Services Act of 1948!! Get it Granny!! Even found herself in the Newspaper for that honor!

These adjustable necklaces are handmade using recycled guitar strings! Strings are sourced, sorted and cleaned by hand in Detroit-ish by our Owner Kera. Hanging in the center of the handmade guitar string hoop, is a guitar pick of your choice. The guitar string hoop is adorned with 2 guitar string ends, used as beads and wire wrapping. The necklace adjusts from chest length to a choker necklace. The necklace itself is 32 inches long and made of a black colored cord similar to paracord. The slipknot is created with black beads instead of standard knots for ease of use! Guitar String Necklaces make for unique rear-view mirror decoration for any music lover that “doesn’t wear jewelry”. ;p

*Allergy note: Silver colored guitar strings are MADE OF NICKEL. These are NOT nickel free. Please make sure you purchase a BRONZE necklace if you have a Nickel allergy.

We will never send you a different DESIGN, but the colors can vary slightly. Other things that MAY vary, the color of the guitar string, guitar string ends (beads) and the wire wrapping. These MAY change based on availability to our Owner/Creator, Kera. She MAY need to substitute but will NEVER choose colors that don’t look AMAZING together!
